Registration
The Registration form should be filled in and sent to the official event manager of the meeting - CIM Ltd.
The registration is only valid when the payment of the fee(s) is received. All delegates will receive a personal ID number.
Participants should keep a copy of their own as well.

The bank transfer should be net of bank charges. All currency exchange charges and bank collection fees are the responsibility of the sender.
Please indicate clearly your name and ICOLD 2008 on the bank documents.

Letter of Confirmation
A letter of confirmation of the registration, reservation and all services requested will be sent to participants on receipt of payments. The letter should be presented at the Registration Desk on your arrival in Sofia.
Cancellation policy
Only written cancellation will be considered. A refund of payment less 10% administrative charges will be made for cancellations received by 1 April 2008.
